Naming and shaming is not allowed, remove the account names from your main post.

if you feel they are violating steam rules, then go into that users profile, and under the more button, report them. no one else can report them, only you.

Name and shame you in a minute

And we'll just have to take your word on it that those people actually did something instead of merely annoying you? Yah, it doesn't work that way.

Also: hate mobs don't have the effect as you might think: if I were to report any of those guys without ever having any interaction with them then Steam support will think that I'm trying to harass them. For obvious reasons: nothing happened between us, so why would I accuse them of something? And if more people start doing the same then it's very likely that support might conclude that the guys are just being harassed and will probably ignore all incoming reports for a while; no use wasting time over spilled milk.

If you have an issue with someone: report, block and then ignore them. Frustrating perhaps, but it's the best you can do.
