Steam won’t launch on my PC.
Hi, I’m having an issue where Steam won’t open properly on my PC. I’ve tried reinstalling and checking firewall settings, but it still won’t launch. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Unplug your controller, if you have one plugged in before you try to launch Steam.

Had the same issue. Unplugging my controller actually worked, after I tried everything. Thx so much! Also, how in the world does that work??
