Hi,

I am facing a blocking issue with the Steam client on Linux.

When I right click a game and open the context menu (Properties, Preferences, etc.), clicking any menu item actually clicks whatever is behind the menu, as if the menu was not there.


Because of this, I cannot:

Open game properties

Configure Proton per game

Change compatibility settings

I already opened a Steam support ticket.


What I tried:

Stable Steam, Beta and Alpha (same issue)

Restarting Steam and killing all Steam processes

Issue happens only in Steam, desktop works fine


System:

Linux (Ubuntu based)

NVIDIA GPU

Has anyone seen this on Linux or found a workaround?
