Texas BBQ: What is your favorite item?
Low and slow smoked? The Brisket? Turkey ? Pulled Pork ? Pittsburg hotlinks? Earl Campbell Hotlinks?

Or something fast and grilled? Hotdogs ? Hamburgers ?

The sides? Mustard tater salad?

i really frickin love smoked hamburgers and smoked steak (especially with coffee rub)

99% of the time these days I just buy a pound of Brookwood Farms and microwave it.
