Only 1 out of 3 DP ports on my GPU works?
Before I remember at least 2 of them working, but as of late, when connecting my DP cable into any of the other 2 of the 3 ports, the monitor gets no signal. Are the ports possibly faulty, or is it also more likely my DP cable itself? Or God forbid, the GPU is on its way out eventually? I ask because I already get an issue where on occasion, my GPU will "skip" POST and go straight to the login/home screen, so my mobo will have the white light on, because it thinks the GPU didn't send a video signal properly (it didn't, since the signal didn't engage until AFTER my login screen showed up). My GPU is an ASUS TUF Gaming 3060 Ti OC V2 btw.

Hard to say, DP can be funny at times too but not that bad, I suppose the cable is the cheapest and easiest to try first, you would think though if it works in one it should work in the others.
That's what confuses me. Like, the GPU itself shows no events or errors at all in Device Manager. Or in Event Viewer. But I do remember connecting it to one of the other DP ports and while it did "work", it showed my refresh rate was only 60 Hz, despite my monitor supporting and having even the settings in NCP set to 165. This makes me think it COULD be the cable itself then, since a bad cable wouldn't send the proper signal for full refresh rate support.

And now since then, it doesn't even send a signal at all, along with the other port. Only the left most port works right now. Or perhaps all the ports technically work, but the cable only works with the leftmost port. It IS a DP 1.4a cable though, which is what the 3060 Ti only supports anyway. Could be faulty though. The GPU itself still starts up when my PC turns on, but the video signal itself doesn't always immediately get sent to the monitor, causing the white light on the mobo to light up.

a faulty cable or degraded GPU ports
