Steam is not creating the ticket for a refund
I bought Anno 1800 but the game keeps crashing. Instead of trying to fix it too much, I decided to just buy some other games that I wanted to.

When I try to use the many different ways of requesting a refund, it acts as if it created a ticket but doesn't.

It gives me a big button that says "Request a refund", but when I click it, the process just ends there. No "your request failed because of X", nothing like that. I've been trying for days, but every time I click that button no ticket is created.

Anyone else having the same problem?

Go to support > https://help.steampowered.com/en/ then click on the game Anno 1800 > then select I want to refund follow the prompts..
If the request is made within the required return period, and, in the case of games, if the title has been played for less than two hours and 2 weeks or 14 days since time of purchase.
