Your purchase could not be completed because it looks like you already own one of the games you are trying to buy.
Regarding this bundle:

https://store.steampowered.com/bundle/14169/Divinity_Original_Sin__The_Source_Saga/

I already own divinity 1, i'm trying to use this bundle to purchase divinity 2. When I add this bundle to cart and attempt to checkout I get this message:

"Your purchase could not be completed because it looks like you already own one of the games you are trying to buy. Please check your account and your cart to verify you are buying an item you do not already own. "

Is there something wrong with the bundle implementation or is there a way to fix this? I could just purchase divinity 2, but using the bundle saves a little money.

Also, when I view other game bundles for games that I own a product out of, it seems like they are broken as well.

Are these steam bundles just broken at the moment? I'm pretty sure this has worked properly before.

That's not a complete the set bundle.
To add on,

Look out for the blue colour "Bundle" word next to the title. That's the indicator that it is a bundle where existing items you own are deducted from the price. When you mouse over the blue "Bundle" word, it also explains as such.

Here's one example:

https://store.steampowered.com/bundle/3782/Fallout_Franchise_Bundle/

Bundles without said tag do not exclude items you already own.

But note as well that there is currently a visual bug with such "blue" bundles. When you go to the bundle page itself, it does not reflect the correct price because the items you own aren't crossed out on the page. But if you add it to cart, the correct items and price will be reflected.

Thank you for clarifying, I did not realize that some bundles do not allow you to "complete your collection". I see what you are talking about now that I'm browsing the store. Thank you for the reply.
