Look out for the blue colour "Bundle" word next to the title. That's the indicator that it is a bundle where existing items you own are deducted from the price. When you mouse over the blue "Bundle" word, it also explains as such.

Bundles without said tag do not exclude items you already own.
But note as well that there is currently a visual bug with such "blue" bundles. When you go to the bundle page itself, it does not reflect the correct price because the items you own aren't crossed out on the page. But if you add it to cart, the correct items and price will be reflected.
Thank you for clarifying, I did not realize that some bundles do not allow you to "complete your collection". I see what you are talking about now that I'm browsing the store. Thank you for the reply.
