Winter event shops items not showing

Winter event shops items not showing

Hi,

I'm trying to find the 3 following Winter items in the points shop:

Animated Avatar

Avatar Frame

Mini Profile Background

On the event page, each one says 0 out 1 collected, yet when I click on the 'visit the points shop' button next to them, the 3 aren't available to purchase with my points. Searching for them through the shop is the same.

I was able to redeem the discovery queue items with no issue.

Am I missing something?

Thanks! I was looking for them separately. I didn't spot the Winter Workshop pack.
