The games I bought are not showing up

Some time ago I bought Overcooked since it was an offer and everything went perfectly. Some days after because of some problems I had to reset my laptop completely and when I logged back in into my steam account, the game I had bought wasn't there anymore at all, and even if I tried to use the old path I had from the game because of the things that were saved on the cloud, it did however not open at all and say I didn't had the game at all.

Can someone help me, please.

I don't know why I didn't really thought about that before but now I was able to solve the problem completely.

... if others have the same problem, here is something they can do before going the support route:

Every single of your purchases are visible to you in your Steam Client Account page. There the timestamp and purchase is listed - even if the game may not show up in your library.
