I am experiencing an issue logging into my Steam account because Steam Guard is not available. This is due to the loss of my mobile device, which I previously used to receive the Steam Guard verification codes. Currently, my account is still logged in on my laptop, but I am unable to log into Steam on a new PC or mobile device because I cannot access the verification codes.

Additionally, I am having trouble with the backup codes, as I have never received the SMS codes, making this option unavailable to me.

My question is: How can I log into my Steam account on my new PC given that Steam Guard is not available and I am unable to receive verification codes? Is there any other method to resolve this issue without relying on Steam Guard on a mobile device or backup codes?
