I know i can add screenshots Ive taken with steam but how do I import a screenshot ive taken outside of steam like a JPG?

I figured it out in the end. Im surprised they coulndt make it easier like a simple UPLOAD button, then SCREENSHOT > Select screenshot > Upload.

Would have been easeir but VALVE just had to make it complex
