Money missing
On December 1st, I had 25 euro's in my steam account, but on the 11th someone stole my account, and used to buy two games, I got almost all of my money, but I am still missing 0,07 euro's, yes I know not a lot, but it's the principle of the thing, and I tried to look at my bank, nothing, so I am still missing money, that I would like to get back, I think it's the currency conversion?

What did support say when you raised the issue?

3% currency conversion fee sounds about right if purchase and refund are separate transactions.

No, that's impossible, unless you make a stink at the bank and it's unlikely they will budge. It's the bank that levied the fee, not Valve.

but I looked at the bank and nothing
Wait a minute...

Can you check your market transactions and trade history? Its possible that someone used your account to buy an item using your wallet for 7 cents, then traded it over.

If that's the case, then no, you won't get that back, as per item restoration policy: https://help.steampowered.com/en/faqs/view/3B6E-B322-2400-8D24

my account was pfished, they exchanged currency from euro to ukrainian currency, and bough one game and gifted another one, before steam support brought back my account
Yeah then the seven cents are from currency conversion when the account changed store region from EUR to UAH. Valve will not restore these seven cents.

For this conversion, a daily changing course is taken into account. You were in the unlucky position that UAH got valued lower between hijack and restoration.

No you won't. Because it's not real money that left the account, but store credit. Your bank is not involved in this fraudulent transaction. That store credit is gone.

Be glad that Valve restored your wallet balace at all. They don't have to.
