Yeah, I would change it because it doesn't really suit you. Maybe something more fun would be better.

My recommendation on when to change your profile is when you don't feel it represents you in the way you want to be represented online.

There's a cooldown to try to prevent scammers from doing funky stuff..

That is entirely up to you.

However, as a suggestion, you could change it to match the seasons.

I think you should make some changes. Like move the screenshot showcase to the top. Basically there is no central feature that draws the eye.
