Trials Rising Not Launching ???!!!

So I bought the game and it would not launch no matter what I tried. I got on here and looked at all the other people having issues what a joke. The even bigger joke is the developer who is commenting on all these post's recommending that everyone make sure their PC's are at the minimum spec. Why don't you actually fix whatever the issue is instead of giving someone a 77 bullet point checklist of things to do to make your game run. Clearly there is a game issue....

Rising not launching. Connect Opens, closes and then opens again. This is on a fresh Win 11 install. 13600k, 32 GB, 6800XT, everything is updated.

Ive tried using cmd /c "set OPENSSL_ia32cap=:~0x20000000 && %command%" in the boot options. I have completed uninstalled and reinstalled on the same drive. I have tried restarting and booting directly from the exe as admin. I have tried restarting and booting directly from Ubisoft. Nothing seems to work. This sucks. I want to play it, I dont want to have to refund it....
