i feel like im going insane, the game used to run just fine on my old pc, but now it wont start no matter what. ive tried verifying the integrity of the files, ive uninstalled and reinstalled, ive done -vulkan -windowed, ive tried compatibility mode, i feel like ive tried anything and im so sad cause i love portal and want to play it again!! someone pls help...

I'm able to download some maps from the workshop, but other maps it gives me an error in downloading. Is anybody else having this issue or is it just me? I restarted my laptop, cleared the download cache, verified the game files, but it's still giving me errors....
