cheating update and fixes

in this update I added a few checks to determine if someone is cheating, if so nothing will happen except it will skip the leaderboard upload for that person.

also adjusted minimum money pile to 2 from 1 and max to 7 from 8

added a small light next to the blue key area to help people find it easier

fixed some areas that would make the wheelchair man stuck

Getting a time in 49 secs just doesn't seem possible, unless he can prove its not cheated it should be removed

Honestly one of the better horror free to plays I've played the Wheelchair man is an absolute menace the animations and sound effects are on point to make him freaky as hell as he scoots around the corner. The leaderboard is a neat idea to add some replayability as well.
