The game itself is pretty good, I like the design of the game, but the bugs man, the bugs....
My main issue is when playing multiplayer you cant fight the other player because it just freezes or desyncs. And that is a huge problem when you've spent the past 1-4 hours gathering resources preparing your army, perfecting your skills, etc... and then when you are ready to fight each other it just doesn't work.
Everything else that I've encountered was working normally or was fixable, but the fact that you cant play with friends except on hotseat where you dont have SIM turns, is a big disappointment.
So based on this if you want a game where you can play with friends, I don't recommend it, but if you play alone then I think its a pretty decent game.
