I've finished story mode and I'm now playing free roam. My problem is that the NPC who unlocks another character isn't appearing in Manhattan. The character shows up on the map, but when I'm actually there, they're not there. Please help.

Right after launching the game, it starts stuttering every 10 or so seconds. I've read some posts about ways to fix it but none worked. Does anybody have the same problem? Is there a known fix for this?

i dont know what to do i have saved stan all 35 times beat all the dlc got all true avengers got the 15 red bricks all minikits all 250 gold bricks and all 196 tokens all bought yet im still missing 0.2 and im so confused

Ok so i got the game for sale and when i started the open world i couldnt change my character through the Y button so i continued playing the story and checking in ocasionaly, ive completed the first half (starting Age of Ultron) and now the Npcs are gone, all i see is the Purse snatchers and the cars. any tips????????...
