How to play on Tahiti or COA, what am i doing wrong?

I tried both servers and can't login on either. Instruction seems simple. So I followed them, here's what I did. 1)downloaded game on steam 2)added the launch parameter in properties (I know they are working since if i made a typo the game would tell me it can't find server) 3)created on account on the respective website 4)tried to login the game using the created email example : operator34131@mhtahiti2.com or in COA case something@councilofancients.com and using the password i connected to it Results, ...
