It’s less of a "Batman" game and more of a "Justice League Field Trip where Batman forgot his snacks." Here’s the lowdown:

The Plot: Brainiac is being a nuisance, so Batman and friends have to go to space. It turns out that when you take the "World's Greatest Detective" out of a dark alleyway and put him on a bright pink planet, he gets very, very grumpy.

The Roster: There are over 150 characters. You can play as a literal dinosaur, a 1960s Adam West, or Conan O'Brien. Yes, the late-night talk show host is in the Batcave, and he will not stop talking. It’s the closest a video game has ever come to a fever dream.

The Fashion Show: This game is obsessed with outfits. Batman has more wardrobe changes than a pop star at the Grammys. Need to fly? Space suit. Need to be invisible? Stealth suit. Need to feel festive? Probably a suit for that too.

The Music: Every time Wonder Woman flies, her 1970s TV theme song plays. It is glorious for the first 50 times. By the 500th time, you will be humming it in your sleep while questioning your life choices.


Pro Tip: If you get stuck, just switch to Superman. He is essentially a cheat code made of bricks and perfect hair.

Every two seconds the game **** crashes, and I have to reset almost the entire game. It’s the worst pain ever. Do not waste your money on this.
