I have gathered all weapons, armors and shields, checked a guide to see if I had everything item by item and all of them are accounted for except the one the Sage will give me, but he will simply not give it to me. I have checked and rechecked my stuff four times and I can confirm (by the guide I checked on Steam) that I DO have everything. Is this quest glitched or what?...
