Just a heads up to those eyeing the Spring deep discount on the base game, as of the date of this review: you're gonna need some quality of life mods even for the vanilla version, and the Viva New Vegas mod (arguably the most accessible collection) requires you to have all the Ultimate Edition DLCs. A little something to consider.

I was going to leave a dislike but, this is an amazing game, with a great story and fun gameplay, it's just getting this game to run is a chore, I've been trying to get this game to run for the past hour and it keeps crashing at the loading screen, this is after I've already install all the mods to help the game not crash. On a side note what pisses me off the most is how many people glaze this game on the internet and recommend getting it, but don't tell you about the technical issues like the random crashes. If this post reaches anyone who is fortunate or unfortunate to purchase Fallout New Vegas ultimate edition, may the fallout game engine have mercy on your sanity because it has already taken mine.
