Oblivion is a amazing RPG as are all the Elder Scrolls games. Its personally my 3rd favorite under Morrowind & Skyrim but still a juggernaut of a game.

It gets even better with the remastered version which enhances the experience with far superior graphics & character models, more voice actors for dialog, better movement, better combat, a nicer UI and much better leveling. However all those things come at a cost with the remaster having a large 100gb+ download size and greater hardware requirements.

Luckily you can still get the core experience with the original and have a blast if you cant or dont want to run the remaster.

Now it is important to note that the original oblivion does suffer from memory leaks like many other older titles do when using newer hardware. This may cause the game to crash whenever you enter into a loading screen. My game crashed somewhere between 10 - 15 times while doing the main story quest. With that said it isnt a huge deal as it takes only a few seconds to relaunch the game. Just make sure you quicksave regularly to avoid lost progress.

Highly Recommend the game its a gem. Original Rated 8/10 - Remaster Rated 9/10
