Buy on steam and I have to auto download and install the EA app to play it. WTF

I have decided to uninstall this game. Good thing I only got it on sale. This is it not for me. I find it more frustrating than fun.

1. The graphics
2. Smooth animation
3. Good story so far

1. This isn't the usual fun combat style. It's not that I don't like challenges but it feels very slow and clunky. I agree with the Reddit reviews. There's no cancel animation, making it hard to attack-block. or attack-dash. I don't even know if blocking works on normal attacks as you still get damage and enemy can still pin you down.
2. "Enemy: Oh you will block my first normal attack, then how about this next unblockable attack" seriously?
3. "Enemy: Trying to dodge? Take this long range melee jump attack" that can reach the other side of the area.
4. Too many charge attack types in the talent tree. The heck? Enemies are fast.
5. What even is this map?
6. Loots are non-existent, just cosmetics.

This Reddit comment says it all about the combat.

2. Strike faster
3. Combo faster
4. Dodge faster
5. Move faster
6. Can break your combos
7. Their combos cannot be broken
8. Can chain red unblockables


I understand some find this fun, but definitely not for me who just want to enjoy the game and not get stressed about it.

Let me start with, I'm not a parkour fan. This game has more jumping, climbing, hanging, leaping, wall running and zip lining than any game I've ever played; and I've played the entire Assassin's Creed & Tomb Raider series. Maybe I'm just wore out parkouring, but I uninstalled this and "Survivor". Enough Tarzan antics...I'm done. However the rest of the game/series is excellent, story/combat/characters; hence the positive rating. If you like playing 24th century Tarzan 70% of the game time, this is the title for you.
