my mods are acting weird

(Disclaimer: highly modded instance, this is not a bug report just a fun story) So I got one of the normal starter quests, "The Deserter". Flavius Olecus was the man on the run from the Dominion of the Sun(Shattered Empire) troops. He(the quest) said that he was being hunted down by 1 champion and 2 troopers. He was NOT. The raid pinged and only one pawn stepped on to the map, THE MFing High Stellarch(Empress) at 117 honor. I have three guys in a wooden fort. WTF!...

If I restrict my ideology to few specific race, will new members summoned through rituals automatically be of that race?

I hate to manually check 100 tribals for a specific combination of traits every time. Are the any mods that allow to set up notifications that triggers when potential candidate arrives in a raid, caravan, friendly force or already present on a generated quest map?...
